Heartbreak! – A new permanent art installation in a working launderette curated by Pamphlet.

Featuring over 40 artists’ response to the theme of a ‘broken heart’ through illustration, poetry and graphics as well as reproductions of Picasso, Lucien Freud, Van Gogh and Jacques-Louis David fly posted on to the laundry walls.

Art Against Knives will be setting up shop on an ironing board selling Heartbreak presents including an EXCLUSIVE soap designed by Tracey Emin.

East London Fawcett Group will be opening up a discussion around the representation of woman in celebrity ‘break-up’ culture and the impact this has on young girls.

Films screening from 7pm.

Smarty Pants will be offering special deals on your dry cleaning to Heartbreak visitors, so take advantage and get a fresh start.

On the evening of Saturday (25th October) FOLD Gallery London, a young commercial gallery in Clerkenwell, was the victim of what appears to be a ‘steal to order’ theft of four sculptures by popular young artist Tim Ellis.
