Artist Opportunity : Artist Call Out for Catalyst’s FIX 13 performance biennial

Volunteer Call Out for Fix Performance

Sighle Bhreathnach-Cashell is recruiting 50 volunteers for the city intervention ‘THERE’ on Friday 6th September as part of Catalyst’s FIX 13 performance biennial.

The target audience will be the unsuspecting passengers on a local express bus route.

The 50 people will be located outside along the bus route to be viewed by the passengers through the window. They will each be wearing identical outfits, which Sighle will provide (plain trousers, t-shirt and hat).

There are 2 ways in which you can participate:

1. Wearing the outfit and walking around alone or in smalls groups behaving ‘normally’

2. Wearing the outfit and making performative actions.

So if you are a performance artist/actor/or just someone interested in taking part, please get in touch!

There will be a meeting in Catalyst on Monday 2nd September to discuss logistics.

This is to be a fun and interesting day and we need YOU to make it happen!

Let Sighle know if you have any questions at all and please pass on to anyone you think may be up for it!
